In other writing news, I now have 3 projects planned. They are all completely different, too. Now all I need are several extra hours in the day…

Blog news

I published 195 blog posts in 2022. I can’t quite believe it! This included 12 ‘film of the book’ posts, more book reviews than I care to count, and 2 posts about cake. I have published over 800 posts in total since I started the blog, so I might even reach my 1000th this year!

#currentlyreading

The Hostile Hospital by Lemony Snicket, as I’m re-reading A Series of Unfortunate Events. I used to have the hardbacks but this time I’m borrowing library e-books.

#currentlywatching

Philip K Dick’s Electric Dreams, a series of standalone episodes based on the stories of PKD. They are quite sinister and thought-provoking dystopian ideas.

#currentlylistening

Dark Society by Vaughty, an independent artist and producer whose album I reviewed last year. A wonderful edgy melodic album of piano and synths.

That’s all for now. Thanks for reading - see you next time!
